Return Conditions :
We support returns and exchanges in the following cases:
- The product is defective due to manufacturing issues (damaged, missing parts, not functioning).
- The product is damaged during shipping.
- The wrong product was delivered compared to the order.
Note:
- The product must be intact, unused, and include the full packaging, labels, and accessories.
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Returns are not applicable for engine oil, discounted products, or products labeled as “Non-returnable.”

Return Process :
Step 1: Contact our Customer Service via hotline/Zalo or email to request a return
Step 2: Provide order details along with images or videos as proof of the product defect
Step 3: Once confirmed, send the product back to our warehouse
Step 4: We will inspect the product and proceed with either an exchange or a refund as per policy
Note:
- We will cover the shipping fee if the issue is caused by the manufacturer or shipping process
- If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect purchase), the customer will bear the shipping cost

Refund Process :
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- No replacement is available for the returned product
- The product is out of stock after return confirmation
- The order is canceled due to an issue from our side

Refund Processing Time:
- E-wallets/Bank Transfers: 3-7 business days
- Credit Cards: 7-14 business days (depending on the issuing bank)
